Dudley Hamilton Associates (DHA) is a management consulting firm with a solid track record in the corporate, nonprofit, faith based, government, and academic sectors. Its owner and founder, Joyce Dudley, a former Deputy Commissioner in charge of training and policy analysis for the City of New York, has over 25 years experience in the organization development and change management fields. Ms. Dudley has a Masters degree in Curriculum Development, has completed doctoral studies in organizational psychology, and has done extensive research in the areas of diversity and change management. She has consulted for a wide range of organizations including the National Academy of Sciences in Washington, D.C., the New School for Social Research in New York City, Save the Children-USA and AT&T.
The Dudley Hamilton consulting team is a skilled, experienced and multi-cultural one that brings a broad range of expertise to its work.
